PRIME TIME:
Saturday Nights: $1,650.00 includes 150 guests - ($5.00 per each additional - $1,850.00 cap) 10:00 a.m. until 12 midnight
Friday nights: $1,000.00 includes 150 guests - ($4.00 per each additional) 10:00 a.m. until 12 midnight
Prime Time also considered as: The month of December:
Sunday through Thursday evening (4:00 p.m. until 12 midnight) - $800.00. Sunday through Thursday all day rental (10:00 a.m. until 12 midnight) - $1,250.00. Fridays: $1,400.00 Saturdays: $1,650.00 New Year's Eve: $1,650.00.
Non-Prime Time Evening: Ballroom events, Sunday through Thursday (4:00 p.m. until 12 midnight) - $550.00 (includes 150 attendees - $3.00 per each additional.) Excludes the month of December which is considered prime time.
Non-Prime Time Daytime: Ballroom events, Sunday through Thursday (9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.) $400.00 includes 150 guests and $2.00 per each additional.
All day rental: Ballroom, Sunday through Thursday (10:00 a.m. until 12 midnight) $800.00
Refundable Deposit for Ballroom: $300.00 required in addition to the lease fee.
Conference Room: In addition to the ballroom, the conference room is available which will accommodate a maximum of 50 guests, depending on seating arrangement.
Fee: $300.00 if rented exclusively and $100.00 refundable deposit required
Hours: Weekends: 10:00 a.m. until midnight Weekdays: 9:00 a.m. until midnight
$200.00 if rented in conjunction with ballroom (ballroom deposit covers both rooms)
Lease fee includes tables and chairs. The Cupola will set-up according to lessee's specifications, to be diagramed by Lessee on layout provided. The Cupola will break-down after the event. The Cupola does not provide linens, place settings or decorations.
Fees subject to change without notice; however, a signed rental contract between Lessor and Lessee guarantees the lease fee stated on the agreement.
